You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers. Key responsibilities: Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
  • Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
  • Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
  • Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
  • Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.

    • Full time NEW SGB HGV Technician Shift Supervisor - Leeds Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday, Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00, Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 00:00 £18.64 - £22.50 per hour plus an excellent benefits package, including:
