This is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC deliveries. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service, and dependable delivery standards. You'll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service, and high professional standards are valued every day.

Salary: £43,452 basic + shift premiums + bonuses

Shift Patterns: We know flexibility matters. That's why we offer a 5 on 3 off shift pattern:

• Start windows currently available 15:00-18:00


• 21:00-00:00


• 00:00-03:00

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and Wales


• Collecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliers


• Trunking stock to and from other Culina group sites


• Driving for top-tier clients with limited handball


• Occasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)
