General Manager

We are recruiting a General Manager to lead one of our incredible venues. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business and play a key role in delivering the distinctive Everyman experience for our guests. As a General Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos. • Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service
• Oversee all aspects of the venue's commercial and operational performance
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance
  
  Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development
• Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment
