Food Production Operative Manufacturing - Peterborough Contract: Full time

Salary: £13.39

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something sweet? Whether you're in one of our bustling standalone factories or a show-stopping theatre store, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping produce the doughnuts everyone loves.

In our standalone factories, you'll join a dedicated team responsible for:

• Mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts
• Shipping to local stores and supermarket shelves

It's fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it's showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and you're part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

• Mixing up BIG batches of dough (bags of flour can weigh 25kg — we're not kidding!)
• Helping run the production line: proofing, frying, and finishing our iconic doughnuts
• Keeping things clean and tidy — end-of-day cleaning is part of the gig
• Working in a fast-paced environment where consistency and quality really matter
• Being part of a close-knit team who have fun while getting the job done

We'd Love to Hear From You if You:

• Can work flexible shifts across 7 days (including weekends)
• Don't mind physical work and being on your feet
