Salary: £26,228 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE c.£46,228). Company car. Full-time. Door-to-door sales.

But this role is more than just sales—it's about creating genuine human connections and introducing people to services that could transform their day-to-day lives. As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Virgin Media O2 introducing customers to game-changing broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is a chance to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. Plus, you'll get your own electric company car to travel in style.
What youll be doing
- You'll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch.
- It's about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission.
- Youll follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.

- Since this is a field-based role, we assign teams based on your home postcode. For this position, youll need to live within the designated catchment area to move forward in the process.
Training & hours
- Youll start with two weeks of full-time training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), covering everything from product knowledge to sales systems.
- Youll also learn on the job, with ongoing support from peers.
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm
