This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard of safety, compliance, and operational performance. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day site activities while working closely with the wider team, clients, and suppliers.What you'll do:Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance via the CMMS systemUndertake a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across the siteConduct Legionella checks in line with L8 requirementsPerform air testing, effluent sampling, and general site compliance tasksMaintain air conditioning filters and support general building repairsEnsure all work is
