Experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your primary duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining garden beds. Additionally, you will be tasked with the removal of debris, litter, and leaves to promote a healthy environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for horticulture will be essential for maintaining high standards across various sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of grounds maintenance practices, including the use of a variety of gardening tools and machinery. You should be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
