You will partner with Product, Trading, Sales and Technology teams to provide a full suite of liquidity solutions, anticipate and mitigate risks, and contribute to the automation and improvement of our technology platform. You will play a key role in building client relationships and supporting the team's strategic growth.,

• Execute equity programs and index rebalances for institutional clients
• Play an integral role in the build out and the growth of our international CIBs offering and capabilities
• Partner with Product, Trading, Sales and Technology teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Anticipate and mitigate risks through operational excellence, reducing error P&L and maintaining reputational integrity
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of the technology platform
• Adapt communication styles to connect effectively with a wide variety of seniorities and disciplines
