EPR Change Agent

In less than10 months, we will go live with our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system; a transformational change that will improve how we deliver care, communicate across teams, and support our patients and staff every day. To help make this happen, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and approachable individuals to join our growing EPR Change Team as Change Agents. About the Programme The Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group is implementing a shared Electronic Patient Record across three acute trusts: James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH) This major investment will create a more connected, digital and patient-centred healthcare system, improving safety, quality, efficiency and the experience of both patients and staff. • Support the delivery of change and engagement activities across the Trust
• Work under the guidance of the EPR Change Leads to promote understanding and adoption of the new EPR system
• Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for staff
• Help gather feedback, concerns and ideas from colleagues and feed these into the programme team
• Support workshops, engagement events and awareness sessions
• Encourage colleagues to participate in readiness activities and training
• Help identify areas where additional support may be needed
• Champion positive change and the benefits of EPR across teams and departments
• Support staff throughout the transition to our new Electronic Patient Record

Previous change management experience is not essential. What matters most is your ability to engage with people, build relationships and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
