Engineering Administrator (Part-Time - 15 Hours per Week) | Spire Norwich Hospital | Permanent |, We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Engineering Administrator to join the Facilities team at Spire Norwich Hospital on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). This role plays a key part in supporting the effective administration of the Engineering and Facilities function, helping to ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements while maintaining accurate records and systems.,
- Maintain all documentation required for Engineering and Facilities audits, ensuring records are up to date and correctly filed
- Manage HS21 contractor documentation, including sign-off and upload to CMMS systems
- Support the Facilities Manager in keeping Facilities policies current and accurate
- Upload and maintain relevant compliance information on systems such as Pirana, AMAT, and CMMS
- Maintain Facilities and compliance trackers, including water testing results and remedial action tracking
- Record and schedule new equipment and services for planned maintenance
- Support the upkeep and accuracy of hospital asset registers
- Track remedial works identified in inspection reports and support quotation processes
- Assist with ordering spares, services, and consumables for the Engineering & Facilities department
- Produce meeting minutes and follow-up actions for Facilities meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the Engineering and Facilities team as required
Previous experience in an administrative role - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate, with competence in Microsoft Office applications
