About You:

Organised and adaptable, you're comfortable balancing classroom support, interventions, and administrative tasks. Above all, you are committed to student wellbeing and achievement, playing an active role in creating a positive and inclusive culture at Caister Academy.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in an educational environment
  • Ability to use initiative and apply sound decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
