About You:

You build strong, respectful relationships and work well with students, staff, and families, promoting confidence, independence, and high expectations in everything you do. Organised and adaptable, you're comfortable balancing classroom support, interventions, and administrative tasks. You stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and take initiative to improve outcomes for students. Above all, you are committed to student wellbeing and achievement, playing an active role in creating a positive and inclusive culture at Caister Academy.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent
- Proven experience working in an educational environment
- Ability to use initiative and apply sound decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
