Full Job Description

Our client is looking for a resourceful self-starter to support 2 key executives who have growing teams ('go to' for teams in terms of desk admin). If you understand big-firm culture but love the environment of a boutique financial services firm, this could be perfect for you! There is an opportunity for 1 day a week WFH but you'll need an in-office working attitude as this is what makes the office a great place to be. What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Extensive and often complex diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Global and UK travel arrangements - itineraries, visas, hotels etc
  • Organising meetings and all associated logistics
  • Expenses, ad hoc Events/Projects/Research
  • Preparing and editing reports and presentations
  • Building and navigating relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Building strong working relationships with all members of the admin team, supporting each other at all times

    Team EA / PA experience from a financial/professional services or corporate firm background
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player approach, keen to work on different projects
  • Excellent attention to detail with discretion
  • Pitch-in mentality

    £60,000 - £65,000 + package
