Divisional Warranty Administrator - Aston Martin, Bentley & Rolls Royce CarsSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Leeds, West Yorkshire As a Divisional Warranty Administrator for our 3 luxury brands Aston Martin. Bentley and Rolls Royce Cars, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures. As a warranty administrator your day to day will include: Submitting accurate, compliant, and profitable warranty and goodwill claims.Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.Managing warranty parts returns and maintain precise claim records.Supporting warranty reporting and help resolve any discrepancies.Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.What we are looking for as a Warranty Administrator: Proven experience in the Automotive trade.A customer-focused mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.Exceptional
