What truly differentiates us is our culture: collaborative, supportive, and ambitious. You'll have the platform to influence strategy, develop future leaders, and make a lasting impact on the direction of the practice. What you'll be doing day to day

  • Supporting M&A activity, including employment tax due diligence and post-deal integration
  • Developing, mentoring, and inspiring senior team members and future leaders

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in UK employment tax at a Director level.
  • Proven track record of leading client relationships and delivering complex advisory work
  • Strong business development capability, with experience growing revenue and services
  • Commercial and strategic thinker with excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building and growing high-performing teams
