Digital Implementation Executive- Warwick or Ripon – Technology

Flexible Hybrid Working. 1 – 2 days in the Office

As a Digital Implementation Executive based in Warwick or Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Working closely with our B2B customers across the business to implement process improvements using our digital tools and services

• Forming and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and being their point of contact as you work to integrate with them via our digital solutions

• Proposing and implementing solutions for customers to enhance customer experience and improve customer loyalty once integrated

• Working closely with internal Sales and IT teams, adhering to agreed timelines and project plans

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am – 5.00 pm. This role offers flexible hybrid working and would require you to be in the office 1 – 2 days per week.

• Experience in a digital role/environment

• Experience with electronic file and data transfer methods and protocols (such as EDI, SFTP, or API) would be a valuable asset.

• Confidence in interacting with customers to build effective relationships
