Full Job Description

At Specsavers, we're on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing, and behind every great customer experience is a supply chain that delivers the right products at the right time. As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping demand forecasts, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring product availability across our global business. Working closely with teams across Product, Retail, Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution, Finance and Procurement, you'll help drive smarter decisions that balance customer demand with business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, purchasing or fulfilment who enjoys turning data into meaningful insight. You'll be responsible for producing accurate forecasts, monitoring demand trends, managing product lifecycles and supporting successful product launches and discontinuations. Your ability to analyse large volumes of data, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate changes clearly will be essential to success in this role., In return, you'll join a global team helping to create a consistent and effective demand planning framework across Specsavers. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we forecast, manage inventory and support business growth in both established and emerging markets. If you're a proactive, commercially aware planner who enjoys working autonomously while building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll thrive if you're highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and confident working across multiple systems to interpret performance data, produce robust reporting and influence decision making. As a naturally curious and critical thinker, you'll enjoy solving complex problems, improving forecasting processes and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain strong product availability. Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities are equally important.
