Full Job Description

Accurately input and maintain service data, including referrals, client records, attendance and outcomes

Support referral processes by logging, tracking and updating information across systems.

Quality assure, clean and validate datasets to ensure accurate reporting

Produce data summaries, charts, dashboards and reports for internal teams, funders and stakeholders

Analyse service and performance data to identify trends and support service improvement

Support colleagues with data-related queries and contribute to improving data processes and systems

What we offer

Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata), increasing by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Administration Assistant to join our Women's Community Services team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems and processes and using information to help shape and improve services that support women with complex and unmet needs.

The Nelson Trust is a charity that provides specialist services for people affected by substance use, multiple disadvantage and complex needs. We believe in positive change, recovery and empowering individuals to build brighter futures., This role will close once a suitable candidate has been appointed. Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women's Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
