Our Support Technicians look after service in the Field – this means working on-site with our diverse range of customers, from small local business right up to large FTSE 100 corporate organisations – no two days are the same!

Course Information

Course: Information communications technician (level 3)

Level: 3

Route: Digital

Apprenticeship Level: Advanced



Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Friday, with start times of 8:30am/9:00am and finish times of 5:00pm/5:30pm.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
