Customer Service Advisor

Book vehicles in for repair and servicing using our planner and liaising closely with our workshop and parts team. - Liaise with the customer in giving regular updates on vehicle progress, seek authority to carry out further repairs and ensure the customer has all the required paperwork. - Proactively contact customers after work is completed to ensure satisfaction and maintain our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.

A strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing a first-class experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent organisational skills. - Excellent telephone manner. - Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience in a comparable role is highly desirable, however full training will be provided., The successful candidate will have a positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.

Alternate weeks Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm Alternate Saturday's 8am - 12noon,
