Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international logistics provider based in Coleshill. The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of inbound enquiries. Duties will include:
  • Managing inbound customer calls relating to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and account queries
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing effective solutions
  • Updating and maintaining customer records using internal CRM systems
  • Working with Microsoft Excel to manage and update customer information
  • Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, logistics, retail, or office-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
     
Hours & Pay
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.5-hour shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
  • £12.74 per hour, increasing to £12.87 per hour after 12 weeks
