Corporate Tax Consulting - Manager

The role is varied and challenging, offering significant career development opportunities. As a Manager, you will work with and learn from Senior Managers, Directors, Managing Directors and Partners, including renowned practitioners. A coach will oversee your performance, well-being, and development and you will have peers based in the same location. What your days will look like:

• Advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
• Sustaining long-term client relationships and managing and building new business through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities.
• Working collaboratively in managing our client's compliance obligations, including overseeing corporate tax return preparation/submissions and tax accounting and reporting requirements.
• Leading and developing teams and colleagues
• Collaboratively and creatively solving complex issues for our clients
  
  We are seeking a Manager who excels in technical challenges and enjoys building client relationships and developing teams. Candidates should have a strong track record in managing complex international and corporate tax projects within multidisciplinary teams., You hold a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA,CA, ACCA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
• You have previous experience advising UK and international large corporate tax clients in respect of UK and cross-border implications.
• You have strong UK corporate tax knowledge including the ability to review UK tax computations, tax accounting and disclosures for accuracy, completeness, and to identify broader opportunities and risks for the client.
• You have leadership experience with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, including building and maintaining relationships within large teams
• You have business development experience through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities.
• You can demonstrate a strong understanding of broader UK and global business issues, and confidence in discussing these with clients.
