Contract Specialist

As a Contract Analyst I at ICON, you will prepare, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.,

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Balance and maintain client relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.
• Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.
  
  You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills., Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have site level contracts and Interactive costing tool experience
• Prior experience working in a contract related role within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Academia environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
