The primary responsibilities of the role involve providing direct support to ward-based medics, including assisting with patient reviews and meetings, managing diaries, and delivering general administrative support.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams, in particular supporting the Medics across five wards within the Adult Inpatient Services based at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users. Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential. You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust's EPR., You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience. Full administration experience will be essential for this role The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary. You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Diary management and the ability to support senior colleagues are also essential.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.

  • Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part time hours would be considered.
  • The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.
  • Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.
