Client Incentive Ops Analyst

payment of client incentive agreements in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and related systems. Perform incentive actualisation activities including volume validation, accrual updates, variance analysis, and true-ups. Prepare, review, and process client incentive payments in accordance with contract terms, approval thresholds, and SOX controls. Manage contract lifecycle events including renewals, amendments, waivers, clawbacks, and terminations. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, substantiation, and flux analysis. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails in line with CIO governance and audit requirements. Partner with Account Executives, Deal teams, FP&A, Accounting Policy, and other stakeholders to resolve operational and accounting queries. Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office

will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, controllership, or incentive / revenue operations. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred (ORMB an advantage). Strong communication skills with the ability to work across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
