Client Advisor

Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients managing renewals, mid term changes and any additional queries that are presented. We will rely on you to:

• Manage day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via telephone and email.
• Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Be present in the office 4 days a week (5 days during probation period)., We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.

  Strong data input and administration experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Good telephone communication skills and telephone literacy.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work in the office as specified.
• Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
