Cleaning Operative

We're looking for a Cleaning Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. Contract: Permanent Type: Full-time Hours: 48 per week Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off 12 hours per day Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Wychavon Council, Oat Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, England, WR11 4PJ Mobile driving to the following locations. Pershore, Droitwich, Evesham & Broadway. Role Responsibilities:

• Open, closing and cleaning of Wychavon district councils public toilets.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
• Cleaning your designated site 3 times per day to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor
• Driving license is required and a company van will be provided on shift.
