Our chefs will play an important role in delivering a high-quality matchday food service across the stadium. Depending on your level, you may be responsible for food preparation, service, managing a section or leading the kitchen team.,

• Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard.
• Complete food preparation and kitchen setup ahead of service.
• Work efficiently during busy matchday service periods.
• Follow menus, recipes and portion-control requirements.
• Maintain excellent standards of food presentation.
• Ensure all food is stored, prepared and handled safely.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen brigade.
• Support other members of the kitchen team when required.
• For senior roles, oversee sections and support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  
  Proven chef experience is ESSENTIAL.
Applicants should have previous professional kitchen experience appropriate to the level they are applying for and be confident working in a fast-paced catering environment. For the Lead Chef position, you must also have: Level 3 Food Safety Certificate - ESSENTIAL The successful Lead Chef must be able to provide/show their Level 3 Food Safety Certificate at interview.
