Full Job Description

As part of the Quality organisation, you will contribute to the development and deployment of a new digital internal auditing tool, supporting Safran Nacelles' ambition to transform and digitalise its audit practices.

This assignment will provide the opportunity to work at the intersection of Quality, digitalisation and continuous improvement, while collaborating with different teams across the organisation.

Your missions :

Working closely with the Quality team and relevant stakeholders, you will contribute to the following activities:

Support the development of a new digital internal auditing tool for Safran Nacelles, contributing to the transition towards a more digital and efficient approach to internal audits.

Contribute to the deployment of the digital auditing tool, including supporting users during implementation, preparing training materials and contributing to training sessions.

Support the definition and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the auditing tool, helping to monitor its adoption, performance and effectiveness.

Develop and support the implementation of processes and templates to facilitate the consolidation and analysis of audit results.

Contribute to trend analysis of audit results and associated action plans, helping the Quality team identify recurring issues, improvement opportunities and areas requiring attention.

Support the monitoring of action plans resulting from audits and contribute to the follow-up of improvement actions with the relevant stakeholders.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to the internal audit process and contribute to sharing lessons learned and best practices.

Work collaboratively with Quality, Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders to support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of the digital audit approach.

You will gain hands-on experience in an international aerospace environment while contributing to the evolution of internal audit practices and the development of a more data-driven approach to Quality performance.

You have an Engineering degree, HND or equivalent qualification, preferably in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Data, Digitalisation or a related technical field.

The ideal candidate will have:

An initial experience or strong academic background in Quality, manufacturing, engineering or continuous improvement.

An interest in digitalisation and the transformation of industrial processes.

An interest in internal auditing and Quality Management Systems.

Good analytical skills and an ability to work with data and identify trends.

Experience or knowledge of KPIs, data analysis and performance monitoring would be an advantage.

Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies would be beneficial.

An ability to structure information and develop clear processes and templates.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

An ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and work in a multicultural environment.

Good working knowledge of English.

Working knowledge of French would be beneficial but is not essential.

A proactive, curious and structured approach, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
