As a Central Control Room Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy, customer-focused control room. Working within a 24/7 environment, you'll ensure services are delivered safely, professionally, and to the highest standard. This is a frontline leadership role where your decisions and support will make a real difference to people's safety, wellbeing, and peace of mind. This is based on site at our control room in Birmingham B7. Key Responsibilities Supervise the 24/7 operation of the Central Control Room, ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards Lead, motivate, and support a team of control room operatives, promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture Monitor performance against KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction targets Act as an escalation point for incidents and emergencies, making clear, confident decisions Support service development and continuous improvement across Security operations
