Full Job Description

If so, we'd love to hear from you!, We're looking for a Caretaker to join our dedicated estate team at a development based in Coventry (CV1 1GF). This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the estate's external areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for residents and visitors alike. Rota: Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week (8 AM to 3 PM) What you'll be doing:

  • General Handyman and small repair work across the site
  • Keeping all communal areas clean and tidy
  • Litter picking, sweeping, and pressure washing as needed
  • Maintaining bin stores and managing waste and recycling collections
  • Cleaning low-level cladding and lighting,
  • Supporting with planned maintenance checks and reporting issues
  • Using equipment such as sweepers and degreasers to maintain car park areas
