Full Job Description

As a Business Support Apprentice, you'll play a key role in keeping our Independent Lives service running smoothly. You'll learn to:

  • Support colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Organise meetings, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records
  • Use digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, internal systems) to improve efficiency
  • Contribute to projects, reporting tasks, and process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPR and data-handling standards
  • Provide friendly, reliable and professional support across the organisation
