across key trading flows and customer KPIs.Act as Finance Business Partner to the Broadband Commercial teams, providing insight, challenge and recommendations to improve onward quarterly trading performance.Own the regular Broadband trading outlook, aligning Commercial and Finance stakeholders on performance, risks, opportunities and actions.Build robust, interlocked volume and value targets to support rolling forecast and MTP processes.Develop analysis and planning models to identify longer-term trends across the BT, EE and Plusnet Broadband bases.Lead concise, insight-led reporting for senior stakeholders and decision-making forums, shaping key messages for QBR, MBR, Exec Board and Commercial Board.Maintain control and data integrity over customer and commercial KPIs, working with Data and Reporting teams to improve performance information.Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and impact assessments to support decisions and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.Essential Skills
