As a BIM Engineer / Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering and infrastructure projects at the forefront of the UK's drive to modernise and decarbonise its electricity transmission network. You will support our design and engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders in developing and managing digital design and data environments using industry-recognised BIM processes and technologies.,

• Lead or support the implementation of BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 processes across multidisciplinary projects.
• Create, manage and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and model coordination schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and clients to ensure that 3D models and data-rich environments are integrated and aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, manage, and federate 3D models, ensuring data integrity, clash detection, and coordination across all disciplines using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Coordinate model reviews and issue tracking using Common Data Environments (CDE) in line with project and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry and client BIM standards and procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal BIM protocols.
• Provide support and training to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
• Work closely with document controllers and project managers to ensure that digital outputs align with project documentation and version control.
• Assist in digital data handover and asset information delivery for use in operation and maintenance phases.
• Promote innovation in digital construction techniques, including automation, 4D/5D modelling and digital twin strategies.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and promote safe working in a digital environment.
