Experience working with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including fleet maintenance, fault finding, and electrical repairs
  • A recognised technical qualification, such as City & Guilds, ONC Level 3, or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability and enthusiasm to learn about a broad range of products, technologies, and applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting safe working practices at all times
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside a flexible approach and willingness to travel when required

A highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan, annual bonus opportunities, and Life Assurance.

  • Ongoing training and personalised development pathways to help you grow your skills and progress in your career
  • Paid volunteering days, giving you the chance to make a positive impact in your local community
