• Takes accurate orders, recommend dishes with enthusiasm, and ensure guests\' needs are met.Â
• Serves food and drinks efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.Â
• Handles guest feedback professionally, resolving minor issues and escalating where needed.Â
• Works together with colleagues to create a strong, supportive team. Help new team members settle in by sharing knowledge and offering guidance.Â
• Assists colleagues during busy periods to keep service running smoothly. Keep your section clean and organised, maintaining high hygiene standards.Â
• Follows food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.Â
• Processes payments correctly and ensure transactions are handled efficiently. Â
  
  A passion for great service and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Â
• Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.Â
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of the team Â
