Band 3 - MLA

The Medical Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of patient specimens for biomedical testing. This includes specimen reception duties, data entry, equipment operation, and supporting quality management systems. The postholder will lead a team of MLAs in designated areas, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to SOPs, while also contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives.
