Associate Director of TPM

prioritiesCollaborate with the Leadership Teams to shape outcome-focused roll-out plans.Coordinate TPM activity across site teams and improve processes to support consistent implementation.Align site TPM implementation plans with regional and global Lean strategies, AZ Supply System Maturity Review, and site scorecard targets.Build relationships with frontline operational and engineering staff and coaching teams to sustain TPM standardsCollaborate with Regional and Functional TPM Leaders, participating in cross-site networks as Local Process Champion for TPM.Develop and coordinate practical TPM learning through a 'learning by doing' approachDefine TPM implementation processes from start to finish; establish process goals and targets; monitor process performance.Essential Skills/Experience:Strong interpersonal and change leadership skills, with a proven ability to build engagement, establish credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels. Able to coach and challenge leaders
