Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering agreed quarterly and annual sales budgets while developing strategic local and national customer accounts. You will combine your own sales activity with local business development, helping Dawsongroup Vans identify new opportunities and strengthen its position across the market.

• Develop strategic local and national accounts, building strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Convert new business opportunities through leads, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Lead local business development by engaging and motivating sales and hire desk personnel.
• Act as the local figurehead and representative for Dawsongroup Vans.
• Identify and develop potential markets across the geographical area covered by the Ipswich branch., A culture built around collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong relationships across Business Units and functions.
• A clear focus on customer service and long-term commercial relationships.
• A commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and business ethics.

• Build and develop strategic customer accounts.
