Full Job Description

We design, deliver, and support market-leading buses and coaches that help reduce emissions, improve air quality, and keep communities connected. Every role contributes to that mission whether you're engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.

What You'll Do

As an Apprentice Vehicle Builder, you'll learn how to manufacture buses and coaches to customer and design specifications, working as part of a supportive operations team on the production line.

You'll develop hands-on skills fitting and assembling components to vehicle body structures, while learning how to meet quality, safety, and build-time standards. With guidance from experienced mentors and team leaders, you'll gain practical experience, technical knowledge, and an understanding of how high-quality vehicles are built in a safe and efficient environment.

You'll be enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and personal development. You'll be comfortable following instructions, working safely, and taking pride in producing quality work.

You don't need previous vehicle-building experience, what matters most is your willingness to learn, work hard, and support your teammates.

Bonus if you have:

A practical interest in engineering, manufacturing, or vehicle mechanics

Experience using hand or power tools (through school, college, hobbies, or work experience)

A strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards

Impact: Be part of something that's changing cities, improving air quality, helping public transport evolve.

Development & Growth: Training programmes, mentorship, opportunities to take on new roles, broaden skills.

Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary, pension, wellbeing support, cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits.
