Full Job Description

Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Apprentice Teaching Assistant into the team at Piper's Vale Primary Academy from as soon as possible. While this role is being advertised as an apprenticeship, we are also advertising this position as a full time Teaching Assistant role., We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils' behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, patient and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team., All applicants must have due regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and this will be assessed as part of the recruitment and selection process. If you are successful, you will be required to comply with the trust's safeguarding policies and procedures. An Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required for all posts. All completed applications must be submitted by the closing date and time detailed above.
