Full Job Description

As an Apprentice at Ian Williams, you’ll learn on the job, gaining hands‑on experience while studying at college. You’ll be supported by experienced tradespeople, including your own dedicated mentor, and work towards mastering your chosen trade.

Course: Property maintenance operative (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Construction and the built environment

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate



Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Thursday – 8 hours per day, Friday – 7 hours per day. (Mon - Thurs 8:00am to 4:30pm, Fri 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Expected Duration: 2 Years
