Full Job Description

Design, build, and maintain systems and automations within Airtable and other tools to support business development enablement initiatives, facilitating a focus on proactive growth strategies. - Develop and implement solutions to streamline communication, set up automated reminders, and facilitate efficient feedback collection from regional business managers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions. - Support the leadership team in data collection and analysis to advise account prioritisation, capacity planning, and resource deployment strategies. - Document processes and create training materials to ensure effective adoption of new systems by global teams.

Familiarity with Airtable and other data processing or project management tools (e.g. Excel), including experience in building automations and handling data.
Exposure to in international sophisticated organisations and an understanding of their operational complexities.
A strong interest in productivity, automation, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
