Full Job Description

  • Delivering high-quality work "right first time" with minimal disruption to customers
  • Keeping customers informed and delivering excellent service
  • Working safely, following procedures and proactively minimising risks
  • Accurately completing job records using digital systems
  • Supporting apprentices and trainees when required
  • Maintaining van stock and using tools, materials and equipment responsibly

    Special conditions: Full and valid Manual Driving Licence required

Our talented Advanced Multiskilled Operatives (AMOs) carry out a wide range of repairs, making a real impact on the quality, safety, and comfort of our customers' homes. What you'll be doing You'll use your skills across at least three core trades, such as:
  • Bricklaying
  • Carpentry
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing, We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identifies and experiences. We want people who take pride in their work and enjoy solving problems. Experience in social housing repairs is desirable but not essential - your attitude, skill and professionalism are what matter most.
  • Do you hold a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering or Plumbing?
  • Do you have wide-ranging experience across at least three core trade areas?
  • Do you bring a positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills?
  • Can you work independently, planning your own workload and meeting deadlines?
  • Are you committed to customer satisfaction and delivering a quality job every time?
  • Do you have a valid manual UK driving licence?
  • Are you willing to undertake further training and maintain accreditations?
