Full Job Description

As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the 'first face of the service', providing a warm and professional welcome to those who use our service, professionals and our local partners and stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate a non-judgemental attitude and an ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. With strong IT and communication skills, you will be able to manage a busy reception and switchboard and support the service with taking and processing referrals and assessments, correspondence, invoices and petty cash. This is a dynamic and varied role, involving collaboration with colleagues across multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all Via policies and safeguarding principles. You will take lead for the security, tidiness, and health and safety of the premises, including completing and actioning regular risk assessments and checks, and coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance. You'll also support performance and service quality by assisting with data collection, record auditing under the guidance of the Data Manager. In addition, you will play an active part in supporting service user involvement, volunteers, and peer mentors, and will be required to minute multi-disciplinary meetings.
