Full Job Description

This role plays a key role within our Global Occupier Services team, providing vital accounting and administrative support across a large and complex client portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, agents, and clients, the role is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, effective management of client bank accounts, rent and rates administration, and the timely completion of payment activities. This position combines strong financial administration and client service responsibilities, requiring excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality treasury and property accounting services by maintaining accurate financial records, responding to client queries, and supporting the day-to-day management of property-related financial transactions while upholding Savills commitment to exceptional client care.
