Full Job Description
The team are based at Windsor House in Harrogate and provide community-based support to people aged between 18 and 65 years old, who are experiencing challenges with their mental health.
Windsor House is situated on Cornwall Road, is a short walk away from the town centre and is easily accessible by car, bus and bicycle.
The CMHT is a multi-disciplinary team and consists of medical staff, mental health nurses, psychologists, social workers, support workers and administrative staff. As one of two Reception Administrators, you will be the first point of contact to all; welcoming service users, carers and visitors to the building and our services.

Standard working hours for this post are between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Please do consider making contact with the recruiting manager for an informal conversation prior to submitting an application, we'd like to hear from you., Reception Administrator duties will include: greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors; answering queries via telephone and email; calendar management; sending appointment reminders; maintaining visitors logs; photocopying; data input; filing; purchasing stock and processing deliveries; issuing access cards; processing all incoming and outgoing post; ensuring that all information displayed in the reception area, for staff and visitors alike, is visible and kept up to date.
If the contract type on the vacancy states 'Fixed Term' this would mean the vacancy is being advertised to address a temporary need for the duration stipulated on the advert, however, in the event that permanent funding is secured for the post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis.
