This position requires an IDM Developer with significant experience in identity management, focusing on the platform's integrity and access control across the organization. The ideal consultant will have at least 7 years of experience with IDM, specifically with the One Identity product, capable of leading support teams and managing the implementation of essential upgrades and enhancements. Main Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and support of the IDM platform.
- Providing L3 support for day-to-day production issues.
- Delivering small change items throughout the IT life cycle.
- Capturing requirements and documenting processes.
- Developing solutions following established standards.
- Conducting testing, including regression testing, and overseeing deployment.
- Mentoring Level 2 support resources and managing handover processes.
- Analyzing business data and requirements for effective IDM processing.
- Participating in IDM platform design and development activities.
- Advising on implementation strategies for IDM-related projects.
- Facilitating system testing and user acceptance testing. Key Requirements: The consultant must fulfil the following qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in IDM.
- Proficiency in the One Identity product.
- Experience with system upgrades.
- Strong skills in development, analysis, and testing.
- Effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Knowledge of relevant data management practices.
