Job Description Purpose of the role To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. Accountabilities Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification. Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems. Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement. collaborate with Scrum Masters and project leads to enhance data hygiene, improve Jira usage, and provide actionable insights that support agile ways of working, with a focus on project governance, process controls, and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Proficiency in Jira/JQL Reporting, Taxonomy, and Data Analysis. Proven experience with PMO Governance and Controls, with the ability to analyse project management processes to identify governance gaps and areas of failure, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience with Navigator and Tableau Reporting and Analysis. Experience in reviewing and enhancing processes to optimise efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
