• Analyze and improve BAU operations
• Ask insightful questions to challenge and enhance existing processes
• Capture, document, and streamline operational procedures
• Assess team structures to identify efficiency opportunities
• Explore & propose automated alert mechanisms for process optimization
Skills & Experience:
• 9 years of proven experience in financial services/capital markets
• Strong knowledge of Custody and Financial Services
• SWP functionality knowledge (preferred, but can be learned during analysis)
• Solid expertise in process improvement and business analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
