Full Job Description
- Manage the allocation & delivery of work within the Team, including feeding into the main Resource plan
- Set objectives and conduct Personal Development reviews for direct reports
- Provide mentoring, coaching, development plans and training for direct reports
- Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Customers & Suppliers
- Manage Business escalations, taking appropriate actions
- Ensure that incidents related to Applications are resolved within SLA's and other Key Performance Indicators for the team are met
- Manage the delivery of improvements and small implementation projects
- Ensure that the team adheres to policies, procedures, standards and guidelines applicable to IM&T
- Identify, facilitate and deliver, process changes etc. that improve the effectiveness and motivation of the team and it's deliverables, A This team is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and second-line support of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software applications used across the business. The application portfolio includes key systems such as Oracle ERP, Siemens PLM, and Aegis MES.
Good communication and presentation skills; can articulate concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well as technical / knowledgeable subject matter experts - Deep understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management Process and using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Experience leading a small to medium size team Desirable:
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment
